Brasserie Liégeoise
Regional cuisine, a few steps from Belgium’s most attractive station
Located in the Guillemins district and close to its impressive station, Brasserie liégeoise serves regional cuisine made from fresh produce and is the perfect spot for trying local cuisine.
Following on from the restaurant, “l’Écailler Chez Crommen” – a Liège institution since the 50s – this restaurant was taken over and fully renovated in 2015.
Cheese lovers will be spoiled for choice between the tartiflette, the old-fashioned raclette, or the "reblochon," while "meat eaters" will be delighted by the many tasty meats offered. That's not neglecting the possibility of managing the cooking of grills and other steaks yourself, if you prefer the table barbecue principle.
Liège meatballs, kidneys, or Liège coffee – local specialties that are not to be missed – are also on the menu.
The warm and family-friendly atmosphere, the “chic chalet” decor. and the partially-covered terrace are other highlights of this restaurant, which is managed by Alain Wouters and his team.
