Artisanal syrup factory of Aubel
Local expertise passed down through the generations
From generation to generation, the Siroperie Artisanale d’Aubel perpetuates the tradition of syrup based on the ancient recipe of the Pays de Herve farms.
Although some “technical” improvements have made certain tasks easier, these ancient traditions remain unchanged. As a result, the artisanal syrup is always produced in the copper tank, at high heat, and with no added sugar. The result is a concentrated apple and pear juice from mature trees from the Pays de Herve.
