Moha Castle ruins
Lost in the fog of legends
Explore the ruins of the feudal castle of Moha, located in the immediate vicinity of the village on a rocky plateau.
A very old castle
Built in the 7th century, the residence of the counts of Moha and Dasbourg was a veritable fortress. Owned by the Princes-Bishops of Liège, the castle was seriously damaged during the Hutu assault in 1376.
You can now discover what remains of the ruins of the fortress. Foundations, towers, cellars, and stairs are carefully preserved, in order to allow you to witness a heavy past and to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the Middle Ages.
In addition to visiting the ruins, the feudal castle of Moha organizes many events, such as medieval festivals, story walks, or discoveries of local products, not to mention fun activities for children.
