Founded in 1910, la Maison Blaise specialises in high-end local produce made with traditional methods and no added chemicals. The salted meats, such as sausages, topsides of ham and cobourg hams, are smoked traditionally with beech sawdust. This method follows strictly artisanal recipes and processes.

Exclusive products such as Orval beer, honey or shallot sausage have made the company’s name over the years.

wide range of pâtés completes the assortment of products: Délices de la Semois pâté, traditional pâté, Orval beer pâté and, in season, all the game pâtés. These are made with fresh produce and cooked in the oven at a high temperature. Following tradition in this way requires know-how, qualified labour and many production stages.
