You will begin this visit in the province of Namur by visiting the caves of Han, with their huge chambers, the sound and light show in the Salle d’Armes, and the reflection of the rich draperies in the magic mirror of Lesse.
Head south on the second day, which is dedicated to the French Ardennes and, in particular, the cities of Sedan, where the trip to the castle will inevitably be part of your schedule, along with Charleville-Mezieres, where the superb Place Ducale will amaze you. Do not forget to taste the best of the Ardennes region with its famous charcuterie and cured meats, which will make you hungry for your evening meal.
The charming city of Clervaux will be on the schedule for the third day, with a visit to the "The Family of Man" exhibition, before heading to Belgian Luxembourg, where you can enjoy a beer from Brasserie Achouffe before continuing with the discovery of the feudal castle of Roche-en-Ardenne.
The fourth day will also take place in Belgian Luxembourg with a visit to Orval Abbey, including a beer and cheese tasting, before returning to the time of the knights at Bouillon Castle. This day includes a journey through Rochehaut, which is known for its superb view of Frahan, and some free time.
Belgian Luxembourg will still be in the spotlight on this last day, which will undoubtedly appeal to foodies with the visit to the Defroidmont chocolate museum. Through a museum, a tour, and a tasting, you will discover chocolate in all its forms with this artisan chocolate maker!
